Cool New Features on Drawloop Apps
You may have noticed over the past week that we have instituted a number of changes to improve the usability of our applications, along with giving us more flexibility when developing new services and enhancing existing services.
The primary change this past week was a separation of our corporate content pages and our document services. With our new cleaner code base, we can be more agile in our response time and ensure the highest quality of service.
In addition, the following is a list of major updates and bug fixes that have gone into effect. As always, please let us know of any problems or new service requests.
DDP Management:
- Added the view field type to the Silverlight interface
- Added the ability to copy document sets and fields for DDP management
- Added the ability within the document, ddp and field managers to categorize objects and drill down to find them easier
- When mapping fields, the description for existing fields shows to make it easier to find the field you’re looking for
Site Navigation:
- Made changes to clarify and simplify navigation
- Made our registration more robust while ensuring it stays simple
Salesforce.com Integration:

- Fixed bugs related to data passing and retrieving in our Salesforce integration
- Added code to handle timeouts in Salesforce to let us automatically retry the requests
One of our biggest releases over the next month will be an expansion of our DDP options. We’re adding new DDP types to allow for more customization. These new types include a “picker” which will allow you to set up drill downs from one DDP to another. Another type we’re adding is a calculator DDP, which once the form and file filling/extracting is completed, will redirect into another DDP of your choice.
We will also be releasing a one stop dashboard for all our document services. This dashboard will provide a simple way of viewing and using our services.
