Aurora Lifetools provides Social Security Disability Representation nationwide. LOOPlus is the killer application we have been looking for. It reduced our time in contract preparation by almost 90%. The staff at Drawloop is unbelievable, support, sales, billing - just phenomenal. This one app alone saves us enough to pay our salesforce subscription. The integration with EchoSign is flawless and simple and leaves you wondering how you ever did anything the old way. We will be implementing a solution that auto-creates a complete docket and related exhibits and records, and annotated correspondence this spring. We have looked, and looked and cannot find another product that will do this either in salesforce or standalone for under $20,000. What more is there to say, great product, great service. We wanted to share a recent email summary from one of our LOOP users — we asked him to explain how he has been using our Add URL function on LOOP to PDF for Firefox:

“I am a graduate student, and I spend a lot of time doing research on the Internet. I found your LOOP service on Firefox which has allowed me to document web research more efficiently. I can now capture web pages and convert them to PDF files by clicking the add URL button. Even better, it allows me to quickly package them into a single PDF, bookmark each website and then name the new combined PDF file. When LOOP converts the web page to PDF, it automatically places the web address at the bottom of the page so I have record of where I found the information. I also discovered that it allows me to create PDF files from a variety of file types and package them into one PDF file, including my web pages. LOOP to PDF was posted today on Intel’s Software Network called Cool Software. The CoolSW site is an online community of people passionate about software. Members can post information about an interesting new software company and, more important, the community votes on whether they think a software company is, well, “cool.”

It was so easy to set up a free account and with-in 2 minutes I had converted 21 MS Word pages into a quick pdf format. It comes with its own tool bar button to open and close the LOOP bar on the left. Simply put, amazing for website administrators to convert and post lots of information.

Our sales staff has been emailing out 3 to 6 files to prospective clients, which is not very professional. With the LOOP service, they are able to combine them in one file, in the order that makes sense. I have been hearing nothing but great reviews from my staff on how easy it is, and how convenient that they can add documents directly from the Documents in Salesforce, without having to resave them somewhere. LOOP to PDF has saved time for our sales staff, and given our program that extra touch of professionalism that our clients have noticed. This is one of the best add ins I’ve loaded for my team thus far, and I would recommend it for everyone!
