In addition to sending or pushing documents (DDPs) out of Salesforce, we can also help you pull documents back into Salesforce associated with the appropriate object / record. By applying logic to the document (DDP) name or properties, you can now trigger any Salesforce workflow or apex trigger to complete the document cycle.

By automating both outbound and inbound documents, LOOP Document Services can help you:

Outbound Documents

Send documents to a 3rd party fulfillment service

Send documents to an electronic signature service (like DocuSign)

Send documents to a tablet based signature service

Send documents to a 3rd party storage service (like S3)

Inbound Documents

Pull documents into any standard or custom object

Store documents in Salesforce or as activity history with links to download (stored externally)

We encourage Salesforce users, consultants and integrators to contact us to learn more about how to add LOOP Document Services for outbound and inbound document requirements within Salesforce.

This week, we are pleased to welcome several new enterprise customers. Some new customers include ReachForce, Comfort Care & Resources, Inc. and Telecom. Our commitment to adding new delivery options for DDPs has allowed us to expand our customer base and accommodate their unique and specific requirements for deploying Dynamic Document Packages or DDPs.

New DDP Delivery Options:

Mobile Device: There’s now a simple way to consolidate, report and analyze Salesforce.com data right on your mobile device. With LOOP Reports Mobile, powered by Webalo, you can schedule any standard or custom Salesforce report to be delivered to your smartphone or wireless PDA (BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Pocket PC, Palm, Symbian, or Java-enabled device).

Salesforce.com Outbound Messaging: DDPs can be seamlessly integrated with Salesforce.com workflow management and automation capabilities. The result is greater control over document creation within Approvals and Workflows. One powerful option is to incorporate document creation with outbound messaging within Salesforce.com. Contact Drawloop today to learn more.

HTML Embed: In addition to Microsoft Silverlight Embed, our customers can now deploy DDPs using HTML embed code. We are also working on Flash Embed code to be released at the end of this year.

Life Insurance Illustration Engines: We are close to launching DDP integration with life insurance illustration engines through our partnership with Ebix. The seamless integration allows an insurance company, agency, brokerage firm or producer group to integrate life insurance illustrations and numbers into sales proposals and quotes. Contact Drawloop today to learn more.

We are also working to add e-fax and print on-demand as delivery options for DDPs in the coming months. As you can see, we are committed to provide seamless integration with multiple DDP delivery options for all of our customers. We understand what you need and can deliver on-demand document creation to meet the unique and specific requirements of your business. We encourage you to register today for our free on-demand document services and get your feet wet with automating document creation on-demand.

01/23/08 by Drew Hyde, Partner

Aurora Lifetools provides Social Security Disability Representation nationwide. LOOPlus is the killer application we have been looking for. It reduced our time in contract preparation by almost 90%. The staff at Drawloop is unbelievable, support, sales, billing – just phenomenal. This one app alone saves us enough to pay our salesforce subscription. The integration with EchoSign is flawless and simple and leaves you wondering how you ever did anything the old way. We will be implementing a solution that auto-creates a complete docket and related exhibits and records, and annotated correspondence this spring. We have looked, and looked and cannot find another product that will do this either in salesforce or standalone for under $20,000. What more is there to say, great product, great service. Work with Drawloop, they make money, you make money, the cool factor is unbelievable – everyone is happy.
